These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bd222 platform — including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, wallet services, and any promotional offers made available through bd222.cam. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to bd222 is restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they use the Platform. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bd222 enforces this restriction without exception.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. bd222 is not intended for use by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using bd222 is legal in their jurisdiction. By using bd222, you confirm that doing so is not prohibited in your location.
2.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
2.4 KYC Verification. bd222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. bd222 may place temporary holds on accounts pending KYC completion.
2.5 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on bd222. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus funds.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd222 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd222 immediately at [email protected]. bd222 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bd222 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the Fee Schedule, subject to applicable law.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bd222 accepts deposits via the following approved channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, SadaPay, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT TRC20. bd222 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Currency. All deposits and account balances on bd222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of processing, which may include a conversion fee.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the bd222 Wallet section. bd222 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.4 Funding Source Compliance. Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. bd222 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and may suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
4.5 Deposit Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the bd222 Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on interbank processing. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmation.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed by Players who have completed KYC verification to bd222's satisfaction, including age verification confirming the 21+ requirement. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and place bets but cannot withdraw until verification is approved.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. bd222 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method than the one used for deposit.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission for verified accounts making standard withdrawal requests. Processing times may be extended for accounts under enhanced due diligence review, High Roller withdrawals requiring manual approval, or during periods of high withdrawal volume.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed within the bd222 Wallet section. High Roller tier members may be subject to different withdrawal limits as specified in their tier agreement.
5.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. bd222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious activity has been detected on the account; (c) the account is under investigation for Terms breach; or (d) the withdrawal appears to relate to fraudulent, money-laundering, or match-fixing activity. bd222 will notify the Player of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.
6.1 Promotion Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by bd222 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published alongside the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In case of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. bd222 reserves the right to limit or withdraw a promotional offer from any Account where abuse is suspected.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in cumulative qualifying bets). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentages for each game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically. bd222 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.5 Promotional Modifications. bd222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already claimed it, the Player will be given reasonable notice of the change and the option to opt out.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bd222 are subject to acceptance by bd222's betting systems. bd222 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the odds have been published in error; (b) the event has already concluded at the time of bet placement; (c) the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the market; or (d) unusual betting patterns indicative of match manipulation are detected.
7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet has been confirmed. bd222 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times but accepts no liability for manifest pricing errors. Where a manifest error is identified, bd222 may void affected bets and return stakes.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. High Roller tier members may be eligible for elevated stake limits as specified in their tier agreement.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets placed after an event has reached a state of completion — as determined by bd222 — will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement. Network latency, refresh delays, or data feed discrepancies do not entitle a Player to claim that a bet was placed before the relevant event occurred.
7.5 Cricket Betting Rules. Specific rules for cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODI series, and T20 events — are published in bd222's dedicated Sports Betting Rules section accessible via the platform. These rules govern match-specific outcomes, rain interruptions, abandonment scenarios, and DLS method applications.
8.1 Game Integrity. All slot and RNG table games available through bd222 Casino are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment in supervised studio environments.
8.2 Published RTPs. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. 8.4 Game Availability. bd222 reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend games from the platform at any time. Temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, provider issues, or regulatory requirements does not entitle Players to compensation.
9.1 Gambling as Entertainment. bd222 considers gambling to be a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gaming activity on bd222 as leisure spending and to set strict personal limits on time and money spent on the Platform.

9.3 Problem Gambling. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd222 and constitute material breaches of these Terms that will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
11.1 Ownership. All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and data available on bd222.cam are the property of bd222 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bd222 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bd222 for your personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing any part of the platform; creating derivative works; distributing, selling, or commercially exploiting any platform content; reverse engineering any platform software.
11.3 Third-Party Content. Games and other content provided by third-party providers on bd222 remain the intellectual property of those providers. bd222 operates those games under valid licensing agreements. Players have no rights in that content beyond the personal entertainment licence granted at the point of play.
12.1 Platform Availability. bd222 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bd222 will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
12.2 Financial Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd222's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. bd222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
12.3 Third-Party Services. bd222 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party payment processors, game providers, data feeds, or other services integrated into the Platform. Disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party.
13.1 Right to Amend. bd222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notice posted on the Platform or via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of bd222 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 Version History. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request submitted to [email protected]. The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date, is always published on this page.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license framework under which bd222 operates. By using bd222, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority for the purposes of resolving any dispute arising from these Terms.
14.2 Complaints Procedure. 14.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through bd222's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Details of the applicable authority and ADR mechanism are available upon request.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
